I don't know where it is, but there is a world that either exists, or existed somewhere.

For now, I am probably the only one that knows of the existence of that world. So if I die, that world will remain unknown to the people on Earth eternally.

But there is no way to scientifically prove that such a world exists.

Then, what am I supposed to do? I want to do something to trigger people's interest in even just a small part of that world. If they can somehow believe... I mean, they can even just think it's all made up. So here I am, daily immersing myself in trial and error.

『ラヴェニールことわざ辞典』は、タイトル通り、ラヴェニールという世界（厳密には、世界自体に名前はないが、便宜のため、そう呼んでいる。我々が住むこの世界を総称する言葉が無いのと同じ）で言い伝えられてきたことわざや格言、慣用句や名言など（以下、ことわざと略す）を紹介するサイトである。

ラヴェニール世界で古くから使われてきたことわざを、私、竜野将が「翻訳」したという形をとっている。
